  • A small block of cheese (brie or Camembert)
  • 1 tablespoon of Les Saveurs de l’Isle d’Orléans Black currant Spread
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet cider “Fascination Maple Mistelle Type Cider-Mill-Orchard Bilodeau”
  • 1 tablespoon of minced walnuts

 

  1. Mix together the black currant spread walnut alcohol
  2. Make holes on the top of the cheese and spread the mixture onto the surface of the Brie or Camembert, previously placed in a oven-safe pan.
  3. Heat in oven at 350º for 15 minutes
  4. Serve together with a baguette(bread)
