- A small block of cheese (brie or Camembert)
- 1 tablespoon of Les Saveurs de l’Isle d’Orléans Black currant Spread
- 1 tablespoon of sweet cider “Fascination Maple Mistelle Type Cider-Mill-Orchard Bilodeau”
- 1 tablespoon of minced walnuts
- Mix together the black currant spread walnut alcohol
- Make holes on the top of the cheese and spread the mixture onto the surface of the Brie or Camembert, previously placed in a oven-safe pan.
- Heat in oven at 350º for 15 minutes
- Serve together with a baguette(bread)
