Toast! cuisine is both refined and festive. From the very beginning, chef Christian Lemelin has worked hard to uncover fresh, quality products. He especially enjoys working with raw materials that leave him room for interpretation and a personal touch. His classic cuisine is impregnated with exotic and piecemeal aromas and flavors.
