The Auberge Saint-Antoine's restaurant is called Panache, a name reflecting the elegance and distinction of an establishment that has rapidly gained an enviable reputation amongst the finest restaurants in Quebec City. Located in a 19th century maritime warehouse, Panache offers a wonderful vantage point on life along the St. Lawrence River in a warm and inviting setting.
Executive Chef François Blais creates his cuisine uniquely from fresh local Québec produce and products. He draws his inspiration from our Mother's and Grandmother's traditional French Canadian recipes and then revisits them with a twist!
