Come discover our know-how, passed down from generation to generation. We do everything ourselves, all the way from producing to processing.
In Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges we breed mule ducks for their outstanding foie gras and Muscovy ducks for their quality meat.
Our cannery and store in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré are the ideal spots to learn more about our passion and taste our range of specialties, including foie gras au torchon, foie gras terrines, mousses, confits, and pâtés, Castelnaudary cassoulet, exotic dishes like tajines, tandoori, and Colombo, and our delicious healthy meals-all produced and processed traditionally.
