Enjoy a glass, pint, or sampling tray of up to six beers on tap in our microbrewery, which has been up and running since June 2006.

Our microbrewery produces English and Belgian-style beers, four of which are marketed and distributed in the Québec City area. L'Ambrée à l'Érable, la Dame Blanche, La Sorcière Rousse, and our Scotch Ale can also be found in Chicoutimi, Drummondville, Longueuil, Sherbrooke, Saint-Jean-sur- Richelieu, and Trois-Rivières.

Pub Le Mitan, our English-style pub, also has an elaborate bistro menu and a partly covered terrace from which you can relax and admire the river and Côte-de-Beaupré.
