Welcome to "Les Mignardises Doucinet" fudge factory and boutique, Québec's first artisanal fudge factory. The business is based in Jacques Bédard and Élisabeth Doucinet's 300-year-old home. Proudly flying the flag for the Trait Carré historic district and big history buffs, we decided to name the business after Élisabeth Doucinet, one of the filles du Roy who arrived in 1666 and the first woman to live in the house.

Specialists in artisanal fudge, we have over 80 varieties of this favorite treat in mouthwatering cranberry, blueberry, and nougat combinations. We also sell handmade chocolate treats dipped in pure cocoa butter and a range of local products. Why not treat yourself to something sweet on our new terrace?
