Our products all come from geese and ducks.
Fresh produce: foie gras, duck breasts, thighs, innards
Processed goods: foie gras mi-cuit en escalope sous-vide, terrine, or verrine, rillettes, pâtés, goose fat, cracklings, etc.
Secondary processed goods: all kinds of foie gras, tortes, spring rolls, cassoulet, and other products with a local flavor (apples, blackcurrants, Île d'Orléans ice cider, cranberries, and more) or a hint of southwestern France
We hope that by sharing our products with the public, taking them to far-off places, and tickling their taste buds that they will also appreciate our products' health benefits (fat web-footed animal products are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids). Stop by the farm, take a gourmet tour of the island, and soak up the breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence and Mont-Sainte-Anne. We hope that our contribution to agrotourism in the region will bring quality and diversity to the Québec City Area as well as ensuring visitors enjoy their stay with us.
