The outstanding quality of our healthy local produce is guaranteed-all our geese and ducks are only fed four natural grains: wheat, barley, oats, and corn. Their feed is also free from all additives, chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, medication, and animal byproducts. Born and bred on the farm, our ducks and geese enjoy the best conditons in semi-liberty. Our government-inspected kitchens have a permit to produce fine deli meats, and we follow strict quality standards without adding any chemicals, additives, coloring, or preservatives. We only use organic and natural ingredients. Our confits, dried duck breasts, rillettes, and liver pâtés are used by major restaurants that include Hilton, Manoir du Lac-Delage, and Manoir Montmorency. You can also purchase and sample various traditional specialties on the farm itself.
