In the Côte-de-Beaupré area, at the gateway to Old Québec, Arthur Cauchon's farm offers picture-postcard views of the St. Lawrence River, Mont-Sainte-Anne, the surrounding mountains, Québec City, and Île d'Orléans.
The farm specializes in fruits and vegetables. Visit our store and purchase a whole range of freshly picked fruits and vegetables (in season) as well as processed products from our land and maple grove:
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, pears, prunes, ground cherries
Tomatoes, sweetcorn, leeks, carrots, squash, pumpkins, winter squash, beans, cucumbers, onions, Spanish onions
Fruit ketchups, tomato ketchup, green ketchup; strawberry, raspberry, pear, and ground cherry jams with no added sugar apple butters, jellies, pies; apple, strawberry, raspberry, and sugar pies; carrot and onion confits; spaghetti sauces and meat pies
Maple syrup, butter, hard and soft sugar, cones, taffy, granulated maple sugar
Sample the processed products from our land and pick your own apples in season.
