Ice cider, pâté, terrines, and confits are all part of the fine dining experience at Domaine Steinbach, where over 30 farm products are made.
Agrotourism and organic dining combine on the 15 hectares on the banks of the St. Lawrence that are home to an orchard (with some 4,000 apple trees), a duck and goose farm, ancestral home, and cider mill with interpretation center and kitchen.
In a New France-style atmosphere, visitors and groups can savor our country-style dishes on the terrace overlooking the river. Products and gifts can also be purchased in our store.
