When thinking about grilled meats and barbecues, we usually refer to the same meats : pork, chicken, lamb, veal, etc. However, Jos Paquet's fish shop, located in Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, invites you to discover a new flavour : sturgeon barbecue. Each week end in the summer, visitors can stop by at the fish shop to taste this fabulous fish slowly cooked on firewood. Mr Paquet even suggests to bring along your salads and beverages and to treat yourself to a great feast on one of our picnic tables. The fish can be bought and eaten on location or taken out. You will also find on location numerous delicious smoked products and homemade pies.
